Grand Geneva Reservations GC XIV

Greeting Gary Con Goers,

The Grand Geneva will open up room reservations for all attendees on Wednesday September 1st, 2021 at 9 am Central Time. The best way to reserve lodging is by using their reservations website.  The call center has limited staffing and while you are on hold the website is booking rooms actively.  So if you are able to use the website it’s your best option.

The Grand Geneva doesn’t have the ability to accommodate all the attendees who want to stay onsite.  If you don’t get into the Grand, there are some great options nearby.  On the Grand campus there is Timber Lodge which has an indoor swim park.  They are part of the Grand Geneva property and you can book through the Grand.

The Comfort Suites of Lake Geneva is about 2 miles away and has a shuttle service running to the Grand all Gary Con.  They have free internet and breakfast! Make sure you to mention Gary Con when you call to get the special rate.

We are in discussions with other local hotels and will have some additional Gary Con preferred places soon.  Stay tuned for more information by TTE update as well as on the website and social media as we get these hotel partnerships finalized.
